새싹장부 웹판 사용 안내

회원가입이나 설치 없이 브라우저에서 시작하세요. 처음 화면은 빈 장부입니다. ‘예시 장부로 둘러보기’를 누르면 기존 장부를 유지한 채 가상 자료가 담긴 별도 장부를 만듭니다.

첫 기록부터 수금까지

  1. ‘자료 보관 · 설정’에서 농장 이름, 통화, 무게 단위를 확인하세요. 관련 기록을 넣은 뒤에는 통화와 단위 변경이 제한됩니다.
  2. 재배 기록을 추가하고 빛으로 이동한 뒤, 실제 수확량을 기록하세요. 예상 수확량은 출고 재고에 포함하지 않습니다.
  3. 일회성 주문이나 정기 주문을 추가하세요. 정기 주문의 예상분은 출고 전에 확정하세요.
  4. 수확한 재고에서 주문량을 배분하여 출고하세요. 부분 출고는 주문을 나누어 기록하세요.
  5. 실제로 받은 금액을 수금으로 기록하세요. 일부 금액만 수금하거나 사유를 남겨 취소할 수 있습니다. 원래 기록과 정정 이력은 유지됩니다.
  6. ‘백업 저장’으로 전체 장부를 내려받으세요. 복원하면 별도 장부를 만들고 기존 장부는 유지합니다.

저장과 주의사항

장부 입력값은 이 브라우저의 저장 공간에 보관합니다. 다른 기기나 브라우저와 자동으로 동기화되지 않습니다. 공용 기기의 같은 브라우저를 사용하는 사람은 저장된 장부를 볼 수 있습니다.

브라우저 자료 삭제, 시크릿 창, 저장 공간 부족이나 기기 고장으로 자료를 잃을 수 있습니다. 정기적으로 백업하고 파일을 안전하게 보관하세요. 백업에는 거래처 이름과 금액이 포함되므로 공개하지 마세요.

복원 파일은 최대 20MB, 종류별 기록은 최대 50,000건입니다. 영수증 첨부와 기기 간 자동 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다. 수금에서 지출을 뺀 금액에는 노동시간·세금 등이 포함되지 않습니다. 초기 시험 서비스이며 전문 회계·세금 신고 장부로 검증되지 않았습니다.

Getting started in English

Open the web app without installing anything or creating an account. Choose English in the sidebar. Your first book is empty. “Explore a sample book” creates a separate fictional book while keeping your existing books.

  1. Check your farm name, currency and weight unit in Backups & settings before recording transactions.
  2. Add a growing batch, move it to light, then record the actual harvest. Expected yield is not available stock.
  3. Add a one-off or recurring order. Confirm projected recurring orders before delivery, then allocate harvested stock.
  4. Record only payments actually received. Partial payments and reversals retain their history.
  5. Download a full backup regularly. Restoring creates a separate book and preserves existing books. The Windows edition uses the same JSON backup format.

Records stay in this browser and do not sync between devices. Anyone using this browser on a shared device can open its books. Private browsing, clearing site data, storage pressure or device failure can remove records. Protect downloaded backups: they contain customer names and financial information.

Limitations: whole-order deliveries only; split partial shipments into separate orders. No receipt attachments. Restore limit: 20 MB and 50,000 records per type. This is an early experimental service, not a certified accounting or tax product. Cash received less expenses excludes time, taxes and other business costs.
